The "Super Clean Mate Series" is an efficient "sludge recovery device" that stirs up foreign substances accumulated inside the coolant tank of machine tools. Inside the coolant tank of machine tools, foreign substances oxidize and accumulate due to prolonged operation. Continuing to use it as is can lead to problems with pumps and cutting tools, causing equipment failure or damage. This product allows for the recovery of deposits and sludge by inserting a nozzle through a small gap while keeping the tank in place, enabling it to function even during equipment operation. The filter can accommodate up to 5 microns as standard with a wire mesh filter and back filter. There are five types of filters available, and as an option, it can handle up to 1 micron. Compared to replacing with new oil, it reduces costs to 1/5 to 1/10 of the expense.
